The program provides training and support in areas such as food and beverage service, housekeeping, and front office skills, as well as offering work experience through internships and placements. Students undergo a six-month program, after which they receive a job that can support their community. The Club is committed to supporting candidates aged 18-30, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, throughout their journey. By providing young people with skills and opportunities, the program supports the growth of the industry and provides employment opportunities in Cambodia.
